Attention Basketball Volunteers – Important!!
It is mandatory that all coaches and referees provide copies of the following:
1. State Criminal History Record Check
Recommended Browsers: Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer, Firefox, & Chrome. All other web browsers or versions (such as Opera and Safari) are not supported. The Criminal Record Check will not be mailed out if completed online. It is the responsibility of the requestor to print out the “No Record” or “Record” response.
